Common Questions About Pro Care

When you book your annual heat pump cleaning, you will have the option to add 12-months of Pro Care protection to your heat pump.

With a Pro Care membership, you are entitled to up to three labour free service calls per year.

Parts, refrigerant and significant travel fees are not covered under your Pro Care membership.

On the day of your heat pump cleaning, your scheduled technician will perform a system check on the unit. If it receives a passing grade, the unit will be registered for Pro Care. If your unit has pre-existing damages or issues, the unit must first be repaired to qualify.
